Santa Muerte
by Ed from Ojo Rojo

 35ml La Medida Espadin Mezcal
 20ml Bitter orange Liqueur
 20ml Lillet Blanc infused with rose
 20ml fresh lemon juice
 1 dash of sal de gusano

Single strained into tall glass (or traditional ‘Dia de los Muertos’ candleholder!) and topped with absinthe and lemon foam.

To welcome loved ones back to our world Ed served up his cocktail with a glass of water to refresh them after their long journey and to help them find their way, he lit some incense in a ‘circle of friends’.

Ed’s twist on a Corpse Reviver excelled in all aspects of the competition and was a perfect drink: colourful, light and just the right amount of smoke.

La coctelería con mezcal, ha evolucionado en los últimos años, acompañando el avance de la coctelería internacional, convirtiéndose en una herramienta de aprendizaje para el consumidor, para ayudarle a entender y degustar correctamente.
