 50ml warm coffee with 2 barspoons of brown sugar
 20ml Layer of double cream
 grated nutmeg
 Dry stirred and layered

Having just returned from a trip to America and the ‘Dead Rabbit’ Cocktail bar in NYC, Arun rediscovered the deliciousness of an Irish Coffee and made a twist on one for this comp.

A silky smooth texture with the Mezcal bursting through giving this twist the magic it deserves.
